Our Yoga Studios are conveniently located in the heart of North Point and Sheung Wan. Our Sister Studio One Yoga has two studios in Wan Chai and Central respectively.

Class Type

Hatha Yoga

An asana practice focused on connecting the body and mind with the purpose of increasing awareness and stability. Some breathing exercises and meditation are included.

Vinyasa Flow

Vinyasa Flow is a dynamic and challenging flow practice. The class is structured to build strength and foundation while you explore a repertoire of poses and transitions. Be prepared to flow, play, and experiment with your practice and you will walk away feeling strong, refreshed and energised. Suitable for all levels.

Gentle Flow Yoga

Gentle Flow is a gentle flowing sequence with basic stretching and strength-building poses. It helps to cultivate the awareness in body movement and to build connection with our breath. You will leave the class feeling energized and de-stressed. Suitable for beginners.

Detox Flow Yoga

Detox flow is a vinyasa based asana practice focused on toning your arms, flattening your belly and slimming down your legs. It’s a dynamic practice focusing on moving the body along with breath. Some breathing exercise and meditation may be included.

Relaxing Stretch

It is a healing practice with the purpose of calming body and mind. This class focuses on opening the body through gentle poses. Students will experience more seated and supine postures and some longer asana holds.

Dharma Wheel Yoga

Dharma Wheel Yoga is a combination of Yoga wheel and traditional yoga postures. It is designed to release tension in tight areas. Yoga wheel helps to stretch different muscle groups such as the back, chest, hip flexors, shoulders and abdomen. This class suitable for both first timer and students with some yoga experience.

Yin Yang

Yin Yang is the amalgamation of two opposing energies. The first half of class ‘Yang’ is dedicated to a more dynamic asana practice with a primary focus on strength, flexibility and energy shifting. The latter half of class ‘Yin’, a more reflective introspective energy, is designed to nourish the body. Be guided though a somatic meditation helping to restore your body and mind. Suitable for all levels.

Yin Yoga

Yin yoga is a quiet practice on the floor where poses are held for 3-5 minutes, gently stretching the connective tissues, releasing muscular tension, and promoting deeper flexibility. After we connect with our bodies, we wind down with seated meditation.

Vinyasa Flow 2

An asana practice focuses on connecting the body and mind with the purpose of increasing awareness and stability. Suitable for practitioners who have consistent yoga practice. More challenging asana and sequence are included. Arm balances, inversion and deeper back bending may be included. 

Aerial Yoga

Suspended off the ground in hammock, students in this class will enjoy the benefits of spinal decompression, pain relief and ease in inversions among other physical benefits.

Combining yoga and aerial acrobatics with the use of a silk hammock, many poses include added benefits of lengthening and anti-aging.

Core & Arms

This class focuses on strengthening the core and arm muscles. Abdominal postures and breathing techniques are incorporated into the class to strengthen the connection between upper and lower body. Some challenging poses may be included.

Power Yoga

Power Yoga offers classes in the Power Vinyasa Yoga style, linking breath and movement. It is a dynamic, flowing practice which cultivates strength, flexibility, balance, focus and endurance. It tones and sculpts the entire body allowing for rapid results.
