ABOUT

KWOON was founded in July 2018 as a Muay Thai boxing gym in Central to provide quality instruction on the art of Muay Thai.  We run small group Muay Thai classes in Central, so that we can help our customers acquire a deeper understanding of Muay Thai. We attend to their different learning needs of our students and help each of them reach their individual goals.

Our small group Muay Thai training of one hour will typically have not more than 8 students per class.  As each of our instructors will work with 2 to 3 students, we are able to give more attention to each student, so they can progress at their own pace in improving their skills in punches, kicks, knee and elbow work, bag and pad work as well as sparring techniques.
