Anhao was created by Estelle Neve, former French National Gymnast, certified personal trainer and Pilates instructor, in 2012. Passionate about health and fitness, Estelle leads a team of trained professionals who specialize in working with athletes, pre and post-natal women, people recovering from injury, Pilates fanatics and Yoga lovers.

Located on Hong Kong’s famous Ladder Street, away from the busy roads nearby, it is situated amongst the tress, providing the perfect boutique fitness atmosphere for clients to focus on their fitness goals.
