Founded by Miss Doris in 2012, Hong Kong. In 2014, AUM Yoga Academy is recognised as  RYS 200 and RYS 500 by the US Yoga Alliance. In the same year, the training program in AUM Yoga Academy are also approved and recognised by the Hong Kong Rehabilitation Service. Until now, over 400 teachers have been trained in different disciplines and graduated.  abc

In 2016, we exclusively introduced the latest training programmes from Europe, including 4D PRO® from Germany, Anatomy Train® and Slings In Motion® from Swiss, also Xpert Pole and Fitness from UK.

In the past five years, AUM Yoga Academy has grown from a studio with only one teacher to 40 teachers and established four branches in Hong Kong. The campus locations include Hung Hom, Wan Chai, Tsim Sha Tsui and Austin, and always adhere the same belief.



Mat Yoga

  • Meditation

    This meditation class introduces students to breathing, imagination and concentration exercises with Singing Bowl that lead to meditative state. Regular practice purifies the body and calms the mind, deep relaxation . Reduce anxiety, anger, and nervousness, to purify your physical and mental.

  • Yin Yoga

    Every asana at least stay for 2 minutes or more, release from the joints to the muscle fascia, with the meridians to activate blood circulation. Suitable for joint pain and life-threatening people

  • Detox Yoga (Multi level)

    The human body removes waste and unnecessary elements through the circulatory system, digestive system, and lymphatic system. Detox Yoga is practiced under high temperature and it involves poses ranging from various forward bends to simple back bends. This helps to stimulate intestinal peristalsis, reduce flatulence and tackle constipation problem.

  • Yoga Flow

    Practice asana in flow style, keep moving from warm up to intermediate asana, stimulate Prana and blood circulation. Follow the moving flow and body rhythm get into your asana.

  • Yoga Stretch

    Selective Hatha Yoga postures provide a complete stretch to the body. Stretching postures help to remove stiffness and tension in muscles and improve blood circulation

  • Beginner Yoga

    Yoga class contains various basic asana , breathing and meditation exercises. To learn how to safety practice our muscle and stretch

Aerial Series

  • Aerial Therapy

    Hammocks are adjusted to ankle height, Aerial Therapy involves comfortable and passive movements in order improve the cervical spine, alleviate general muscle pain and relieve stress.

  • Aerial Yoga

    With the support of a soft suspended fabric, Aerial Yoga explores what happens when you combine classical asanas with elements of aerial acrobatics. Students of all levels can learn to flip, fly, and flow through Aerial Yoga sequences.


  • 4D PRO Rehab (Level 1)

Slings in Motion

  • Anatomy Trains ® in Motion

    Anatomy Trains ® in Motion is filled with functional anatomy, movement relevant information and practical applications that not only sound good on paper, but also work well in real life. At the heart of the course are the myofascial meridians. Understanding the lines’ integral anatomy, workings, sensory qualities and relationships are invaluable for body reading, clear movement intention, lesson planning and teaching. Yes, myofascial meridians are so much more than ‘lines’ that can be ‘superimposed’ onto exercises! The essential events of walking, or said differently, the necessary motions for engaging myofascial meridians efficiently in gait, are a theme that runs throughout the 3 days.

Wall Rope & Chair

  • Wall Rope & Chair Yoga (Level 1)

    The use of Iyengar Cotton Rope, folding chair and wall to carry out the asana, deep and stable fascia stretch, reverse, inverted, effectively improve the body stiffness and spine issue.
