Sweat and work in a full and complete yoga workout focusing on the core. This effective Pilates-inspired class is for anyone and everyone who wants to tone and strengthen their powerhouse in a creative and dynamic – but most of all, effective – way. Having a strong core supports all other physical activity - from protecting the lower back to bringing stability and power to any yoga practice.
This class is designed to help remove the impurities that prevent us from realizing optimal health. These impurities may be found in the air we breathe, food we consume, and negative thoughts that cloud our emotions. Practiced for centuries, Detox Flow combines a sequence of Vinyasa flow asanas designed to stimulate the lymphatic, digestive and circulatory system by opening, compressing and twisting internal organs. Emphasis is also placed on deep and effective breathing, and alignment.
Hatha Yoga is perhaps the path of yoga which is the most popular and accessible. Hatha uses poses (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), and meditation (dyana) to achieve better health, as well as spirituality. There are over 8 million documented Hatha yoga postures, with hundreds of variations, which work to make the spine supple and to promote circulation in all the organs, glands, and tissues. Hatha yoga strengthens the body through holding postures for a longer period of time compared to a flow class.
This fitness based yoga will focus on strength and conditioning through an intensive, yet mindful flow. In this class, students will tone, build endurance, and improve flexibility with a series of asanas that will challenge the mind, breath, and body. Students will be introduced to skills that will help build the foundation for a stronger, more advanced practice. This multilevel class is open to all levels, though prior yoga experience is recommended.
Relax and restore the mind and body this gentle healing practice. The therapeutic class allows your body to fully relax and open up. Postures will be held longer to allow you to get deep into stretch to release tension and stiffness. This stress relieving practice will open up space in the body and reset the mind, leaving you feeling light and released. This class is great for beginners who are new to exploring the practice of yoga and for those who want a restorative stretch after a workout or a long day at work. Open to all levels.

Mat work helps to develop improved posture and core control, which in turn allows practitioners to move effectively and efficiently. You’ll be surprised at how hard it is working with only a mat, but you’ll be delighted with the results!
Designed to suit a range of levels, Multilevel classes are open to those with basic Pilates knowledge, and more experienced practitioners. Modifications and progressions will be given to ensure everyone works to his or her ability, enabling more advanced students to get a real workout, while beginners practice safely and correctly. In this class you will use many props like the mini ball, Magic Circle, Theraband, weights, and gliders. You will feel more connected to your powerhouse and your back will feel more open after taking this class.
Master the Beginner level sequence on the Reformer to flow seamlessly between exercises, establish better alignment, flexibility and ultimately, FLOW. Learning the sequence is a critical part of Pilates, so even very fit practitioners benefit from this level. Go deeper in your body and learn to connect one movement to the other. Introductory Mat work for the abs will also be introduced.
For those who have regularly Practiced Pilates and have a basic foundation in Reformer flow. These sessions move practitioners past the beginner Reformer workout, into more complex movement integration and faster flow, transitions and deep stretches. Practitioners should be fully versed in the Beginner Reformer sequence and expect to systematically layer in Intermediate I exercises.
Pilates Group Trios are now offered in our Pilates Equipment room. Work your abs harder on the Spine Corrector, challenge your strength, balance and stability on the Combo Chair, and learn NEW exercises on the classic Reformer - Pilates Trios are a fantastic way to use more equipment at a price that doesn’t break the bank. Dynamic and fluid like an Allegro class, with more personal correction from the instructor.
Pilates Group Trios Level II. Work your abs harder, challenge your strength, balance and stability on the Wunda Chair. Pilates Trios are a fantastic way to use more equipment at a price that doesn’t break the bank. Dynamic and fluid like an Allegro class, with more personal correction from the instructor. Students are expected to have at least 20 sessions of experience. Must have mastery of all Foundation and Beginner exercises.

Pre Natal Pilates classes incorporate both mat work and reformer exercises. Modifications for each trimester are given, enabling participants to achieve optimum shape for the much-awaited arrival of their little ones. The class aims to help expectant mothers: strengthen the lower abdominal region to support the growing baby and thereby alleviate lower back pain; tone the pelvic floor muscles in preparation for delivery (and aid in recovery), improve posture (neck, shoulders & mid-back); and develop an awareness of deep breathing to assist movement, among many benefits.
The sleek and lean Pilates Tower helps to sculpt muscles that are difficult to access, and find new length in the spine. Tower classes combine the exercises of Pilates matwork with spring resistance, giving participants more awareness of how to lengthen their bodies and strengthen muscles. The class takes participants through a range of dynamic exercises, finishing with functional, standing movements, to give the body more length and postural awareness (which also improves performance in other classes). The ultimate body-chiseling workout, the Xtend Barre® Workout is a fast-paced, 60-minute full body immersion that fuses dance, Pilates and sculpting exercises at the ballet barre and mat to give you a sculpted body – and fast! By using a series of isometric exercises and orthopedic stretches, the Xtend system sculpts the body proportionally so that all body parts are equally challenged.
