“Hanuman” is Sanskrit for “sacred monkey”. It’s Master Dickson who originates this Hunuman and Hanuman Planet Yoga series which is creative, fun and effective. Hanuman yoga is his version of climbing up the wall plus inversion plus yoga poses. It trains you to be agile like a monkey.
We are first to introduce hot yoga at 32°C. You get the benefits of higher flexibility, faster circulation & full sweating under heat and yet it’s safer and easier to adapt than traditional 38°C hot yoga.
